When creating or joining a plan on HangoutU:

• Organizers are responsible for providing accurate information about their plans.
• Participants are responsible for verifying details and communicating with organizers.
• HangoutU does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any plan.
• All participation is at your own risk.

7. Payments & Cost Sharing

HangoutU does not process payments between users. Any financial arrangements (cost splitting, bookings, deposits) are between users directly. We are not responsible for any financial disputes or losses.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you post. By posting content, you grant HangoutU a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content on our platform.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

9. Privacy

10. Limitation of Liability
